Along with 200 blog posts, we publish our newsletter twice each month, sponsor a daily “Nutrition Unmasked” newspaper, and publish several eBooks.
Just like healthy eating, the process felt overwhelming when we started. So, rather than focusing on the end result, we took it one day at a time and just got started. Some days were easier than others, but by focusing on one post at a… Read the rest

Until we take ownership and decide to make a change for the right reasons, any success will be short-lived. Excuses keep us focused on… Read the rest

It turns out that healthy eating can start paying dividends for children even before conception. A study led by doctors at Stanford University School of Medicine, along with others, found that women who eat a low fat, fiber-rich diet in the year before becoming pregnant had a significantly lower risk of certain birth defects.
The study showed that women who ate healthy diets, both during pregnancy and in the year before becoming pregnant, gave birth to fewer infants with two of the most common birth defects – neural tube defects (defects of the brain and spinal cord)… Read the rest

In one case, a critic claims the author is “targeting the insecurities of young girls,” and in another case a critic claims the book is “promoting high risk behaviors and attitudes that are destructive.” And the book hasn’t even hit bookstores yet!
These comments made me wonder exactly what this book is saying. After reading several reviews and understanding the story Mr. Kramer is trying to tell, I came to a… Read the rest
