We’ve previously written in this blog, as well as others, that childhood obesity is a growing problem in the U.S. More than one out of every three children is now overweight or obese, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control.

Family law experts say that mothers and fathers have now opened a new front in custody lawsuits – obesity. They are increasingly accusing each other of not providing appropriate nutrition for their children and contributing to their children’s poor health and obesity.
