Vitaerobics is pleased to offer a range of powerful products and services that help individuals and families create healthy futures. All products are charged in U.S. dollars. Physical products are normally shipped within 48 hours of order being processed and take approximately 2 weeks to deliver, which can vary based on shipping distance. International orders may take somewhat longer. In the event that any physical product ordered is not immediately available, THE COMPANY will notify buyer of approximate ship date and buyer will have the option to cancel the order at the buyer’s discretion. Links to downloadable products are delivered to the email address provided by the buyer at time of order within minutes of order being processed, unless otherwise specified in product description.
All Vitaerobics products are backed by a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy. If buyer is not completely satisfied with purchase for any reason, buyer may 1) return physical product within 7 days, 2) immediately cease use of and delete all copies of single part, downloadable products, and/or 3) notify THE COMPANY of dissatisfaction with, and desire for refund of, multi-part online products prior to the start of the second scheduled online session or download of the second part of the multipart session. Upon notification as specified above, Vitaerobics will refund the purchase price of the physical product, downloadable product or online product. Vitaerobics will not refund any shipping fees, handling fees, or taxes that were part of the original order. Vitaerobics will not pay for return shipping on physical products.
